Neurodevelopment and Cancer

“Institut Roche gives the possibility to perform research in a very stimulating environment, rich of projects and collaborations with the most important actors worldwide.”

Your role at Institut Roche and brief presentation of your professional background:

I joined Institut Roche in 2021 as a post-doc. My role consists in performing different types of statistical and machine learning analyses to generate new knowledge in the medical field. I obtained my PhD in 2019 working on a novel method to reconstruct networks from different types of data and applying the algorithm to biological and cancer datasets. My research interests involve statistical analysis, machine learning and data science.

My Focus at Institut Roche:

I focus on the analysis of multiple data modalities and clinical scales in the neurodevelopment area.
