Rôle à l’Institut Roche et parcours professionnel :

J’ai rejoint l’Institut Roche en 2021 comme chercheur postdoctoral en biomédecine computationnelle. En 2022, j’ai rejoint le groupe d’immunologie du cancer de Genentech en tant que chercheur principal en informatique. Mon rôle est de créer des outils computationnels qui aident au développement de nouvelles thérapies immunitaires pour les patients atteints de cancer et améliorent les traitements existants.

Objectif à l’Institut Roche :

À l’Institut Roche, via mon affiliation avec Genentech, je m’efforce d’améliorer notre compréhension de la fonction des cellules T dans leur interaction avec les néo-antigènes du cancer. Plus précisément, je conçois des outils informatiques permettant de déduire ou de prédire l’intensité de la réponse immunitaire déclenchée par un appariement peptide récepteur des lymphocytes T-CMH.
